All I can add to this article is when getting back into training, it’s helpful to buy a neoprene wrap to use while drilling, etc. Thing to note however- if you walk into a sporting good store, there’s a chance they will have no idea what you are talking about if you just refer to it as a “neoprene body wrap”. So then you may need to refer to them as a waist trainer, mainly because the myth of spot reduction weight loss is still going strong.
