For the “lifers” out there, why do you continue to keep training? For me, personally it’s a way for me to be active, mentally engaged, and a great stress relief (interacting with me during a stressful time when I haven’t been training for one reason or another= not a good time for anyone involved. Unless you find someone ranting like Lewis Black funny, then you’ll have a blast!). It’s also about the friendships that are developed, and really at the end of the day it would feel weird at this point to not train or go to class.
