It seems almost everyone, including my kettlebell instructor, rates Simple & Sinister as the best routine for BJJ (basically Turkish get-ups and one arm swings). I’m a big fan of Turkish get-ups, not so keen on one arm swings, but meh. I’ll get the hang of those one arm swings eventually. 🙂
