Guys, I had to do a spinning class yesterday (long story, essentially it was part of a work thing) and my legs are pretty damn sore right now.
While jiu jitsu will always be my preferred form of exercise and stress relief, it’s nice to try something different now and again. Maybe try out a different class in your academy, if nothing else to say that you did it. I’m not saying you should stop doing jiu jitsu, but it doesn’t hurt to expand your horizons once in a while.
