Last night was a seminar with Xande Ribeiro- it was a good time: we drilled some basics, did a little fancy stuff, sat down for a Q&A, celebrated our Coach’s birthday and threw the crap out of him, and one of our guys was promoted to Black Belt. Congratulations, Shawn!
