Liam over at the Part Time Grappler has an article about avoiding injury in jiu jitsu- which makes a tremendous amount of sense, since a) this is a sport that started as a self defense system so you want to walk away from a fight relatively unscathed, and b) we all want to keep training for as long as humanly possible: a difficult feat if you keep injuring yourself.
