No One Can Fault Your for Trying Your Best

The title of this post was actually something I said to a co worker yesterday, who was feeling particularly frustrated at the time. And it’s a feeling we can all relate to, on and off the mat: there’s so much to learn, so much to do that at times it just seems overwhelming. When it comes to times like these in Jiu jitsu, life really, is about doing what you can, and as best as you can. As long as you can look at yourself at the end of the day and say that you were able to honestly, truly put your best effort forward, that’s what really counts.

Just my thoughts for the day: have a great day everyone!

This is a very powerful message. Thanks for the reminder, we all need it once in awhile!

  2. I really needed this reminder this month – been feeling down and not quite in the training mindset. Thank you!
