Not to bring down the vibe, but this video really brings home the importance of healthy eating habits and exercise from an early age.
While I don’t think the occasional cup of juice or a french fry for a toddler will immediately doom them to a lifetime of obesity I definitely think fried and ultra sugary foods should be a rare treat, not a part of their regular diet. Getting kids outside to play and explore is also pretty crucial to this whole thing, but I agree that bad eating habits early in life can be a detriment to a person further down the road.
