Exercises to Take Care of Your Limbs and Ballerina Toes

I’m putting up a link to this post from DSTRYRsg for two reasons: first and foremost, taking care of your hips, knees and ankles is crucial for longevity in the sport. And second, they use a photo of a guy with pointed ballerina toes at the top of the post and it amuses me immensely.

But seriously guys, take a look at the videos and really think about incorporating them into your workout routine so you can take care of some of the most important joints for your jiu jitsu game.
