Regardless of how you acquire your vitamins- pills, food, or injection (yes, there is a way to inject vitamins), you can’t argue their vital role in keeping your body functioning the way it should.
If you ever wondered why your body couldn’t just get its act together and make these vitamins already, such as vitamin c, well we used to but no longer have that ability and you can blame our ancestors… From approximately 60 million years ago. An article in the New York Times discusses the necessity of these molecules, and how through evolution we lost the ability to produce these vitamins on our own.

And today is day 3 of the 12 days of Judo, and the throw is one of my favorites, harai goshi! If you watch the video, you may wonder why I demonstrate the throw before going through all 3. Mainly, it’s for the blog readers who have never stepped foot on a mat before in their lives (I do have a couple of those), and so it’s pretty much guaranteed they have no idea what these throws look like, let alone their names.
