Happy Friday everyone!
Just a tip I found out this week, if you dislocate a toe on the mat, it’s probably better not to try to do it yourself and ask a friend or teammate to pull/pop it back in. Not that you aren’t tough or anything: I just found you can’t generate the same amount of pulling force bent towards your own toes as someone else can standing in front of you.
