Coconut Oil-Meh?

So at the suggestion of a commentor on here, I bought some coconut oil to put in my coffee.

So far it’s meh? It’s a lovely texture that’s added to the coffee, but that’s about it. Thankfully the coconut smell is not overpowering, which was my problem with coconut milk- it evoked the feeling that I was drinking suntan lotion. Ick.

Eh, it’s still early in the testing process, I’ll let you know how it’s going later in the week.
