There’s something slightly demoralizing about re-injuring a body part. Right as you think you are out of the woods-BAM- you’re back to either where you started, or uncomfortably close to it.
It’s not as bad as before, but the idea of more than a week with this pain is frustrating, but there’s really nothing that can be done about it. Just play it smart and not make the whole situation worse.
