My cardio is all sorts of terrible at the moment, mainly from sitting on my butt doing nothing, with a hint of still having a little bit of a cough from the cold I had this past week. I would like to say I’m not beating myself up about it, but “not being my toughest critic” is a game I’m never really good at playing.
So, I’m just going to go to bed. Hope everyone else had a great night of training or drilling, and if you didn’t, well, think of tomorrow as an opportunity to get a better, even just a little bit.
